    • Art Prints, Stickers, and Subscription Products: Due to the nature of our custom, handmade items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on art prints, stickers, or subscription products. However, if there’s a problem with your order (such as a defect or damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve it.

    • Oopsie Bags and Sticker Vends: These items are non-refundable and final sale.

    • Other Crafts: For other items purchased through our online store, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  2. In-Store Purchases:

    • For items purchased in our physical store, returns are accepted within 14 days with a receipt. Items must be in original condition. We can issue a store credit or exchange, but refunds to the original payment method are typically not offered.
